DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS

To secure a reservation a deposit of $150 per person within 7 days of your reservation. Final payment is due at least 45 days prior to departure. Reservations made 14 days or sooner before departure will carry a $25 Special Handling Fee.



CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy is: 31 days or more prior to departure there will be a charge of $25 per person. 30 days or lessthe charge is $50 per person. Refunds will be sent within 14 days of receipt of the approved request.



Travel Impressions reserves the right to be more restrictive during holidays periods. To receive a refund you must notify the booking agent within seven days of your return.



Passenger Protection Program available for only $49.00. It includes Trip cancellation/Interruption; $200 Trip Delay; $1,000 Medical Expense; $800 Baggage & Personal Effects coverage; $100 Baggage Delay and Worldwide Emergency Assistance.
